How much sugar is really in it?
Eight grams per 12oz can and six of those come from the fruit itself. The rest is a touch of cane sugar with monk fruit and stevia. Thirty calories total.
Will it keep me up?
No. There is no caffeine. The L-theanine is what gives you calm focus, and it works just as well in the evening.
Is it carbonated?
No — it is a still, fruit-infused beverage. Easy to drink fast after a workout.
How should I store it?
Room temperature is fine. Chill before drinking; refrigerate after opening and finish the same day.
Can I drink more than one a day?
