1. Agreement

Good Soul, LLC, a Nevada company (“we,” “us”), owns and operates soultoxusa.com. By buying from this site — where we sell both SoulTox Beverages and SoulTox Gummies — you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Products & pricing

We sell SoulTox Fruit Fusion Electrolyte Beverages and SoulTox functional gummies. Prices are in USD and can change; the price at checkout is the price you pay.

3. Orders & payment

We may cancel or refuse any order (suspected fraud, inventory issues) and refund you in full. Payment is processed securely at checkout.

4. Subscriptions

Subscribe & Save plans renew automatically at your chosen interval until you cancel. Cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us — no fees.

5. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy for rates and timelines. Title and risk transfer on delivery.

6. Returns

Food and beverage products can’t be returned once opened — see our Refund Policy, including our 30-day damaged-or-not-delighted promise.

7. Intellectual property

All site content and branding belong to Good Soul, LLC. Don’t copy or reuse without permission.

8. Not medical advice

Our products are foods and beverages, not medicine. Nothing here diagnoses, treats, or prevents any disease. Talk to your doctor about health questions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to what you paid for the products in question.

Nevada law applies; disputes are resolved in Nevada.
